VAM Drilling’s heavy weight drill pipe (HWDP) provides a gradual transition from heavy, rigid drill collars to more flexible drill pipe, helping improve Bending Stress Ratios (BSR) to accepted industry standards. BSR is used as an indicator of the suitability of a particular connection OD and ID.
